A coffee, a quick run and back home for another coffee.

Going for some retail therapy to Plaza Mayor - they have a Nike store and I want some new running vests. I might accidentally pop into C&A and Zara too.

Friday night beers and tapas..we have a birthday in the crowd so extra jollifications will be had.

A day of hw for me today.

Exciting night ahead though. Six of us are off to the bingo!!! It was a groupon deal - 14 games of bingo, a drink and a meal all for £5 each. Its going to be classy!!!

The joys of a dental check-up for me this morning, please cross something, the jab drug and dental work really don't mix well.
If it goes well I may well reward myself with a little spree in Waitrose too, since I'll be parking in their car park

Morning all, sun and cloud at the moment, but we have a yellow weather warning in place for rain, I just looking at the rainfall radar and it is heading up the country pretty fast No plans for the day, want to go to the library and otherwise it will be houseworky stuff if I fancy it.
