I haven't opened a link
If looked at my account via e bay and it All looks ok
I'm really carefull about e-mails
Is it a scam
I'm sure PayPal don't send e-mail about accounts

Yes, never click a link on this kind of email. What you need to do is access your account through your browser and check to see if you have any messages.
