We bought a wall-attached rotary style clothes line and I was (sadly  ) rather looking forward to trying it out. It is still all folded up on the wall in its little raincoat, as we have not had a fine enough day since we bought it

Next door neighbour's garden shed has lost a fair amount of its felt roof overnight and this morning .... two bits finished up in our garden.

And it's just hailed for 3 or 4 minutes; but now the sun is back out again .... :D

It may have come in like an agnina but it is certainly roaring out. We are having sunshine, rain and still very windy.
Should go out dancing this evening but I don't like driving on the motorway in strong winds. WEnt shopping this morning but managed to dodge the rain.

Oh Ossie, the number of times that has happened to me in years past. I don't even try now - it's the tumble dryer unless I am totally convinced that there will be absolutely no rain at all.
