Good morning everyone - woke up to a lovely blue sky but sadly it is now going overcast, but ho hum

Pottering about a bit this morning and then heading out to have nails done, meet a friend for lunch and then off to Homebase to return two garden decoration sheep I bought. Well I bought three but only one survived the journey; the other two were so incredibly badly wrapped they were totally smashed

Hope you all have a lovely day whatever it is you're up to

Vibes to all the poorlies, both big and small

x

Morning Ria, hope you enjoy getting your nails done, and you get some nice new sheep - baaaaaaa :D ;) 8-)

Morning everyone :) Sunny here today, looks nice out there :) We'll be out later for some lunch, a wander, visiting D etc - B isn't working for once (she's done a lot of hours already this week) so will be out with us. Later I need to start sorting out the suitcases and getting some summer stuff out of the vac pack bags, to wash and iron it 8-) I'm going to get Harry's stuff done first - as he isn't here I can put the case on his bed and just get on with it ') I'd like to start ours really, but Fraggle will get upset and worried when he sees suitcases in our room, so I might have to just start getting stuff ready, and then pack ours next Saturday, after he and Peps have gone to the kennels  ;) Becks is in charge of her own, hooray!!!!! :D

Have a good Saturday everyone :) Paddy it is lovely to have you back, and Osc, I hope lttle Michael is recovering well ((((x))))

Good morning all.

We won't be doing much today, as we've both picked up another cold bug from somewhere.
There's a lot of it about around here.

We have a plague of Ladybirds. We always open our bedroom window on its safety
catch during the daytime, to change the air, and the little blighters simply swarm in.
I threw out 25 this morning. I've never seen so many. Anyone else have them?

Hope you all have a great day.

Update .... 2.15 pm: Mrs A has just cleared out a further 50 Ladybirds, dead and alive,
from the outside of the window. They are like illegal immigrants queuing up in Calais.

Morning all, lovely day here, Mr Osc has just put some rock buns in the oven and when they are ready, we will go for a walk. There's rugby on from about 12.30 or so I'm told, so I might take myself off shopping later. Telly and knitting this evening, although I notice that sport seems to go on later and later these days  eating into evening viewing time. We do have another telly, so I suppose I can't complain

Michael wasn't too bad yesterday, still sore and tired, I was trying to get him to have a snooze on the couch but he just couldn't slip over the line into sleep, same when Miss Osc tried after she came home. But I'm sure he will be a little bit better every day. He will be missing his football today, he always loves it, and is only realising that he can't play golf either for a while. At least there is plenty of sport for him to watch with his daddy this weekend.

Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all :D

Very changeable here, bright sunshine when we got up, then dull and overcast. Think the sun's trying to come out again now.

Poor little lad, hope he starts to feel a bit better soon Osc x

Hope you and Mrs.A feel better soon too Aggers.

Another viewing at 3pm and then back for a second look at the one we saw and liked earlier in the week. Don't know much about the new one, the agent rang yesterday afternoon as soon as they got the go ahead on it. It's not on rightmove yet, he only has draft details so apart from being in our preferred area it's a 'mystery house' as they say on tv.

No other plans today, just the usual washing etc.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good afternoon everyone. Hope everything goes well with nails, packing, viewings, Michael's arm. knitting, Morrison's.......

I though about doing some cleaning then decided a better idea was to put a big pan of mushy peas on to render down. They will go nicely with the big bag of freshly made pork pies I got from the local butcher's yesterday.

So, that will be some for lunch and some for the freezer. :D :D :D
