Good morning. :D

Forecast nice again. 8-)

Taking Don to the airport this morning as he's off to Birmingham until Thursday - his mum's house sale is completed and ready to be signed.

I'll go for a walk when I get back. :D

A quiet night in for me with a good supply of books.

Have a great day everyone. :D

Morning all. I've still got the stomach upset but I do feel better today than I did yesterday. I do feel like I've been run over by a tractor though.

I don't intend on doing anything today.

Morning all, it's a wet one here despite the forecast being for a dry, bright start  Not sure what we're doing now as all plans were outdoors.

Have a good day all!

Morning everyone

A lovely start to the day and we've already been for our stroll :D

Hope you're feeling better soon Debih - not the best way to lose weight though :(

Pootling for us, making the house looking good, ready for the new photos, being done Thursday and some houseworkery stuff too.

Safe joiurney to Don Ally, hope everything goes smoothly.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing and hugs for the poorlies xx

Morning all :D

Bit dull and overcast here at the moment, a complete change from the lovely sunshine of yesterday.

Hope you feel much better soon debih x

Got the answer to the remaining query we made about the bungalow we viewed on Wednesday and have put in an offer. We're pretty sure he won't accept, but it will give us an idea of where his expectations are. We have a top figure in mind and don't intend to go over that, it will be interesting to see how far apart we all are. Will just have to wait and see.........

No plans for today, got the usual weekly wash, bedding etc, to do and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all.

It's not very bright here but it could be worse. I've been for a brisk
walk first thing, but I can't say I enjoyed it.

Hope you feel better soon, Debih. The bug I had a week ago is still
giving me some trouble now, but I feel a little better each day.

Hope you all have a nice weekend.

On the bright side - I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 4lb since Wednesday.

I'm sure it'll all go back on when I can eat and retain the food (to put it politely).

Good morning everybody
The rain has stopped and the sun is trying to shine.

Been shopping this morning. First to Tesco for petrol. Then then the local post office and to buy the paper. Home before 9.00 a.m for a coffee.
Then out again with mrs.e to Aldi and Asda. They are both close to each other.
Not doing much this afternoon.
Someone has mentioned the smell of tar. Had a large pile of tarmacadam in the road outside our house yesterday. Walked past it twice but could not smell anything. It has all now been laid in place of the flags
Can remember when I was a young boy, the hot tar being poured between the cobble stones. It used to bubble in the hot weather.
