I'm off out for a pub meal with a friend. Not sure what I fancy - am hoping something will grab me when I see the menu.

Yesterday I made a chicken casserole, with skinless thighs, onion, leeks, carrots, a couple of tomatoes, thyme, splash of white wine and stock.
We had that with mash and green beans but it was a pack of 6 thighs so I planned on having enough for tonight as well ;)

There are 2 thighs in it still, so I'm going to take them out, chop the meat and add it back in, and decide if it needs any more veg.
There's a little bit of mash, so I'll stir that in to thicken it and make it more like a soup :)
Bb's eating a little, but not anything too tasty or spicy, so it's nice and bland.
