Half an hour a week

That is how much extra daylight we are getting - 4 minutes a day. Come the end of February and we will be getting nearly 11 hours of daylight with another hour of useful twilight.

It is time to start thinking of splitting the duvet and only using the spring/autumn part. :D :D :D

The extra light is fab, and I love the lengthening days 8-) I'm keeping my winter duvet on for a bit longer though :P

I only said I was 'thinking' of splitting it.   I am a bit to fond of its cuddly warmth on a morning to do it just yet. ;) :D :D

It's definately off the temperature boil here this week, and is starting to be a bit darker in the morning. I'm not ready to say goodbye to summer yet

I cannot wait for the longer days Frank - roll on the spring. I'm just itching to get out into the garden again

As for the duvet; I'm also still quite fond of my warmer thicker one; esp first thing in the mornings.

It certainly looks as though Spring has arrived here.

But can it last?

Weka, you are running into autumn down your way, as we run into spring. Up here autumn has become one of our favourite seasons with its colours, clear air and lighting effects. It really is something to behold.

I hope that your upside down version is just as spectacular.
