An observation on the difference between man and woman

I have been thinking (hard to believe I know) about the differences when I do a job around the house and when Mick does one!
The main one is that when I do a job a set myself a goal of a finish date - and I finish it. When Mick does a job it never seems to get completely finished.
But when Mick does a job he doesn't do anything else. He starts the job in the morning and when he decides that he has done enough for the day then that's it, he's done. He stops endless times for cups of tea, a bit of tv watching, lunch, a bit more tv watching, another cup of tea. Thats probably why he never really finishes anything.
Today I started painting S's bedroom. My day so far has been
Up at 6.30. Dog walked. Dog fed. Sandwiches made. Comfort given to sick child (L). Coffee and breakfast. Sent well child off to school. Waved goodbye to Mick and his man flu. Realised dishwasher has broken so washed all pots that were in it. Put a load of washing on. Sanded down the walls where he had filled them. Out to the doctors to get a blood test, go to post office, go to accountant, home. Fed dog. Breakfast made for sick child. Wipe down walls where sanding was done. Washing in dryer. Another load of washing on. Took down curtains in room being decorated. Moved furniture out of way. Painted one wall. Dog walked. Lunch made for sick child. Lunch made and eaten by me. Put rubbish out. Did recycling. Put pots away that were washed earlier. Dog fed. Put more washing in dryer and another load in washer. Washed lunch pots. Phone call to bank to sort out overdraft facility. Second small wall painted. Moved furniture again to get to back wall. Come downstairs to comment on the difference between men and women.
The rest of my day will consist of -
Painting back wall. Doing veg for dinner. Putting furniture back so S can at least get into her bed tonight. More washing into dryer. Reminding husband to look at dishwasher. Go out to get weighed. Home to make dinner (I am sure that man flu will be too much for him to cope with cooking). Make ill husband assist me in moving cooker ready for carpet fitter coming tomorrow to relay bumpy cushion flooring. Walk dog (man flu!). Have a bath. Go to bed and dream about having to do it all again tomorrow but this time having to also entertain the carpet fitter when he comes to do the job properly!
