What's for dinner?

I'm just about to put a chicken in to roast and I'm making potato wedges. I've got some Nando's Peri Peri salt which I think I'll use on some (haven't tried it on wedges yet, in fact I might put some on the chicken too) and I'll put garlic salt on the others.

Grumpy is having fish, steamed potatoes and veg. I'm having pasta with a cheese and onion sauce and maybe some veg, if I do too much ;)

I might butterfly a chicken breast and marinade it in Peri Peri then grill it to go with a mixed veg stir-fry.

I was going to make Hairy Dieters lamb dhansak. The lamb was on the little sink part of the sink defrosting when I went out this morning. S (at home full of cold) rang me to say the dog had been sick everywhere after eating the whole two pounds of said lamb.

So I made chicken broth with the chicken stock I made yesterday and we were going to have that.

Then Mck arrived home with a bag of mussels. As we are out tomorrow night we will have to have the mussels tonight.

I like mussels but I don't fancy them tonight. I was really looking forward to my dhansak! Damned dog.

Minnie doesn't pinch food but I tend to put meat in the microwave, nicely out of the way ;)
We're having lamb curry (sorry Debih) - a very hot curry
Got an expensive kit in the 99p shop, it did say 'fiery'

So do I usually. I don't know why I didn't today! Too much rushing around.
