apparently we are told that not only the shop/cafe etc have to give you a receipt ,YOU have to be able to produce it if an inspector appears

We've just had a coffee at Nizette's and I just left the money on the till she was sat outside and Jorge was cleaning the dish-washer.

Don't know how much, but you will be fined.
