We're strolling down to the village later, to see if we can find some tomato plants. We potted some seeds yesterday but always good to have more

Good morning! It's very bright and sunny here but still windy.

Just off to walk Billy then Joe and myself are getting the train to Manchester at 12.30 for the match, it's a 4 o'clock kick off so we'll have a walk around the city and grab some lunch before getting the tram to Old Trafford.

Morning all Bright and sunny here too

We're off to Morrison's soon, we need a BIG shop as I haven't done a proper one since Christmas, just picked up fresh stuff and a few Iceland bits on my travels I gave the fridge a good clear and scrub out yesterday ready to be refilled Then it's home to catch up on a few things on the iplayer

Mmmm I like lamb shanks Di, how are you cooking them? Slow cooker?

Yes Kaz, my super-duper new one that I can brown in first
Haven't quite decided whether to do them in shallots & red wine with creamy mash and veg, or Moroccan-style with bulghur wheat/tabbouleh, olives & feta etc...think the Moroccan's winning
We have another pair in the freezer, would have been rude not to at under half price
