After the awful day yesterday this morning has been nice. Hard, but nice. L got us up at 7.30 and we've opened some presents. We're saving some til the inlaws get here this afternoon.

We were up late, then had a nice brekkie - bacon rolls for Mick, Becks and the muttleys Toasted bagels for me, and fresh coffee, tea and juice as wanted Then it was pressie opening - Mick got me a lovely set of earing and necklace, real silver and amethyst (my birthstone) and a little amethyst buddah and a gorgeous huge Yankee Candle candle Becks got me perfume and a gorgeous scarf from Osprey, in soft greys and blues Money and some pretty indoor lights from D I feel very spoiled

We are eating late afternoon so as I cooked the gammon last night, and the turkey crown only needs two hours, I don't need to start cooking until later I prepped the veg last night so it's all easy peasy
