To the top Like Debih.
I ordered something from one of the daily newspapers ad got a confirmation email on 25th November saying delivery would be 7 to 10 days.
As it had not been delivered , yesterday I phoned the number and spent over ten minutes listening to a recorded message about how my custom was valuable.
I then sent an email to customer services and a sperate one to the CEO of the company who were supplying the item. Within ten minutes, I had a reply from him asking me for my phone number. Five minutes later I got a phone call to say my order was despatched on Thursday and should be delivered next week.
Yet I made another order by phone to a small company on the same day and received the goods by Royal Mail on 26th November.

It's a shame we have to complain though, isn't it?

I wanted to use a currency exchange company to move money from England over here, instead of the bank, and go inundated with e-mails from them, every day. Tried the unsubscribe thingy, every day too  and that didn't work.

So fired off a rather pleasant e-mail on Thursday. Not a peep from them since
