Good morning.

Today will be hot and sunny.

A run for me after my coffee and then home to do some on-line shopping.

Work 4 - 9 then home to tonight's offering from DMD which will be roast chicken and spicy wedges..the man is doing good on the dinner front.

Lovely and bright here this morning, thank goodness!
Good for DMD

Was up and about early, just as well as next door knocked at 8 (she knew I was about though); she's expecting a large delivery so instead of expecting me to take it in was dropping off a spare key so it can go straight into her hallway
But while we were talking, her daughter found, on their front lawn, a really soggy letter to the neighbour across the road
It must have been there since the postman came yesterday afternoon - and not a boring office-type letter, but a lovely thick white envelope, with hand-written address

We have sunshine at the moment, which is good, not sure how long it will last though

Off soon to stock up on booze and also to get he makings of a lovely breakfast for tomorrow

Rod and Mary arriving at 12.30, then it's lunch at Nizette's, a stroll around the village, back here then down to the Capri for dinner

Tomorrow morning depends on the weather.

It's sunny here and I'm minded to do a bit more ceeword shopping, I think. My MIL was telling me about a stall on the indoor market that does nice cards so I might go and check them out I think

Not sure what the weather promises, but at least it's nice and dry at the moment.

No proper plans for us today, need to get some veggies so will probably have a little walk by the harbour while we're out.
