The trouble with some M&S meals is that some of the courses are extremely high in fat content.
I've seen some that contain more than my daily quota.
No wonder there is so much obesity about.

As my OH is on a very strict low fat diet i have to check the food labels all the time Some of M&S food is very high in fat admittedly but they also do a good range of low fat food so as you say it is a case of looking at the labels The wine is low fat so that is ok
