My train passes under the M25 and you can see the tops of the lorries; all at a standstill.... quite astounding that something like this can happen on such a busy motorway. Someone certainly either cut corners or didn't take the weather forecast into consideration as that particular stretch is concrete surface and if you repair it it needs more time to cure than regular asphalt.
