We had this lovely yummy piece of lamb for last night and there's plenty left so I'm deciding between having it just reheated with veg & gravy, or making it into shepherds pie :)
Either way it'll be with lots of veg - savoy, purple sprouting, carrot, maybe green beans as well :D

If we didn't have that I could fancy an omelette or a frittata, how about one of those Saundra?

Ummm not much inspiration here  Harry wanted fish fingers, chip and beans so that's what he and Mick got. B has a jacket spud, fish fingers and beans plated up ready for her return from work, and I had a WW lasagne, with baked beans

We had a lovely Roast lamb dinner yesterday - I went to Sainsburys just as they half priced half shoulders :D
We have had Shepherds pie with what was left :D
I make a roast dinner every Sunday as OH enjoys them so much.

We had a sort of stir-fry with veg that was in the fridge and some chicken breasts.

I'm quite glad I don't feel obliged to do one every week Lissie, but we do sometimes go a long time between roast dinners, it gets so I drool at the thought :D
