And here's a sad point.

The government take 20% if you win over 5,000 euro - before you even get it

So the lucky person (from oop north somewhere, apparently) will have paid the government 38 million before they get anything

if i won 190,000,000 i would'nt be too bothered ! but as it is i have to settle for my 8 euros--12 euros last Tues.
