Dinner tonight

Postby tonicha » 22 Oct 2014, 17:16

was going to be a bbq :D

But with all the mozzies and other biting things around - we're having chicken and mushroom pie

And it's been so hot - I would have prefered a salad

Grrr that kindle, when I was posting earlier this evening I replied 3 times on this and each time it then said 'you have to be logged in to reply'

Anyway, what I tried to say was :)
A rather yummy pasta sauce, made from leftover Toulouse sausage, a bit of chopped bacon, red onion, pepper, tomato, splosh of red wine, dollop of creme fraiche...and garlic bread :)

I love tinned salmon, try to keep a tin (skinless/boneless, hate picking it apart, hate the bones!) for when BB's mum comes for lunch as she likes it too :)
Today I had tinned mackerel in tomato sauce for lunch, on toast, with grated cheese on top, grilled, one of my favourites ;)
