We have light snow forecast overnight, but heavy rain forecast for tomorrow which will get rid of it................the temps for later in the week barely go above freezing :? :?

I'm following as many of the weather forecasts as I can. I love the snow :D

I'll be so disappointed if we don't get any although it would mean that something I'm going to tomorrow will get cancelled.

Some white stuff on the roof of cars but it hasn't stuck on the roads or pavements.
Hope it stays like this as I hope to go to the gym tomorrow morning.
Got the snow shovel and grit ready just in case.

We've just taken Billy for a walk on the Chase in it, there's not a lot - probably about half an inch at it's deepest - but he's loved it. He's been leaping around trying to catch it. It's the first time we've seen him playing in it, although we did have a very light dusting on the day after we got him last year but he could only go in the garden and he was a bit timid still.
The roads aren't in a very good state around here, even the main roads are a little slippery.

It started here at about 7pm and is still coming.

It's very, very light but is starting to settle on cars, walls, etc.

I'm not really sure how much we are supposed to be getting but we have taken our cars down to lower ground - just in case!

Lucy has already got her sledge out as her preferred mode of transport for school tomorrow!
