Morning Ally, morning all :)

Believe it or not, the temperature here is the same as with you, it's 18c :D
There it ends though, it's not much lighter now than when it was dark, there's rain spitting about in a strong wind, and quite a lot of wet stuff to come...it is warm though :?

Coffee and cake, and homemade sausage rolls all sound perfect, one extra please :D
Bb has a bit of work to do but shouldn't take long. If there are breaks in the rain I might go down to the market, I'd like a bag that will qualify as Ryanair's 'extra cabin bag' and there's quite a good stall.
Pizza and Strictly tonight :)

Have a good day all
Di

Morning!!! It's warm and wet here too Di, unusually warm, but when it rains I don't care how warm it is, I still hate it ;)  Hope you get your bag, not long now until your hols :D xxxx

Ally your day sounds delish!!! :D :D Sausage rolls are easy, am sure you will manage them easily ;) :)

Usual sort of Saturday here, out later, then round to D's then home to chill ;)

Have a nice day everyone :) xxx

Morning everyone

A gorgeously sunny and hot morning :D :D

I have a stack of ironing to do and Grumpy is under instructions to cut a load of bags for me - 14, at least  and then he has some severe pruning to do. Not on Gladys   but the plumbago in the front garden is secretly a triffid and is taking over not only our garden, but next door too

Oooh, I love proper sausage rolls - can I have the spare seat in the corner please ;) :D

Hope you all have a good day and the weather doesn't put a damper on everything xx

Morning all, I've burnt the tip of my (phone) typing finger, quite badly on my (it's cool to touch, apparently) induction stove. so my typing is a bit slow, haphazard, and is generally being avoided.
Thankfully it's stopped throbbing now, maybe I might get some sleep tonight without getting up to change icepacks over.

Morning all
It`s a "good to be alive" morning here
Really warm, light breeze and not a cloud in the sky.
Feels more like June :D :D
Going to Canterbury later as OH bought a padded tartan shirt
from Aldi`s yesterday and likes it so much he wants another one.
At £11.99 they are quite a bargain.
Have a good day.

Morning all, dryish with a bit of sun at the moment, and very strangely warm  I went to get the papers and came back in a sweat :o Lots of wet stuff during the night and more forecast for later, apparently two weeks' worth to fall over the weekend   Need to bring the car to the garage this morning, I can hear water sloshing around underneath, the guy says the run off filter might be blocked. Otherwise not much planned, want to finish a little pink cardi I am knitting for Kellie, lamb burgers for dinner here too, and SCD. Weka, lash some lavender oil on to that burn, that will help. Have a good day everyone :)

Osc, I'm too scared to touch it, in case it starts throbbing again! But I'll put some on in tge morning. I was wondering what to try, thanks for the suggestion. Does it work for rope burn too? (Yes I've started trapeze again)
