Dinner tonight?

Postby Kaz » 08 Oct 2014, 15:08

I wasn't planning on it but there was some marked down diced lamb in the Sainsbury's in town when I popped in for flowers, so I bought a pack and now have a lamb casserole on the go in my lovely iron casserole dish! It smells good already 8-) Mick and B can have a jacket potato with it as well as carrots and broccoli, but I think I'll just have the veg :)

It is definitely casserole weather  ;)

Ooooh that sounds lovely! :) It definitely is casserole weather!

Not sure here. John might or might not be cycling so if he does he'll have a pizza when he gets home around 10pm, Tom's out and Joe's just informed me that there's going to be food at youth club so he'll just have a sandwich

Osc do you have just chips with that, or what?

We have a Waitrose bargain in the freezer, it's whole chicken breasts in breadcrumbs, with a layer of ham and cheese in. I keep looking at them and not being sure how to make a meal of them :?
