what would you do with it?

Knowing me I'd probably drop and break it

I'm not sure Shell, what size is it? Is it supposed to be a garden ornament?

I think I would either hang it outside or, if it is pretty small, hang it on the Christmas tree.

Or, if you don't like it, donate it to a not so local charity shop!

It's beautiful. I would have it as a permanent ornament if I could find some way of hanging it. Otherwise - Christmas tree.

Hang it in the garden I guess, you could bring it in for the Christmas tree
