Morning all

Well today's going to be fun. The charity shop peeps have just been and collected the furniture we're donating. Expecting an electrician to arrive any minute to take down our lounge light fittings. Talk about leaving everything until the last minute, if that doesn't happen we're stuck The removal peeps are due around 1ish and they'll load everything except things we'll need this evening, like the bed and tv. Goodness knows what silly o clock time they'll come back for those tomorrow morning

After they've all been we need to whizz round with the hoover, by then we'll probably be ready to collapse

Oh best of luck with it all Jen - I really hope it all goes well. It sounds quite organised

Really chilly start to the morning again but the days are still nice and 'warm'. Mornings like this I love the drive to the station - we're in a bit of a dip so often have very low morning mist. On my way there is a ruin of an old priory (Newark Priory) and it's just stunning with the base of it surrounded by mist, blue blue skies behind it and the leaves of the trees changing colour - just spectacular.

Ria that drive does sound lovely, we are both lucky to live near pretty countryside

I am trying to muster the enthusiasm to hoover the stairs, our bedroom and landing lol and after that I'll go out for my walk I think, as it is dry this morning Otherwise not much doing, it's a uni day for B and she is glad to be back I think, and that's about it really

Morning all
A gorgeous one here. Yesterday kept chopping and changing, one minute blue sky, the next grey.

I've been Izzy Wizzy
Been up hours, got the towels in to wash so they'd be done before Bb went as he has to help.
Whizzed out to get some shopping as there'd be a bit too much to carry, came back just in time to do Bb's packed lunch and wave him goodbye, got the washing-up done, changed as I was by then too hot, managed to hoover downstairs, then made a decent coffee and here I am sitting down at last

Got a bit of gardening done yesterday while it was nice, filled another bag . Don't think Bb will be working tomorrow so the joys of a trip to the tip await
The big nursery is just up the road a bit further though, so I'm planning on calling in there too. I've amalgamated the plants from the summer pots that still look good, so will see what they have for the winter.

Good afternoon!

Gorgeously hot and sunny here.

Jeepers I have been so busy!.

Was up at 6.30 and went for a run.

Back to finish off all my lesson plans for next week - that took me a couple of hours.

Done all the washing and got it pegged out.

A speedy whizz with the new sooper dooper vacuum cleaner, went for a swim and then brought the dry washing in.

Don will iron it this afternoon.

I've had a late breakfast swiftly followed by lunch...all this before 1.15pm.

Caught up on all my emails and fb.

An hour's pootling and then will get ready and be at work for 4.

Good afternoon all, it's dull, cool and rather breezy here today although the local forecast said it could be 20C this afternoon so we'll see

I've been to the gym, run into town to get bread, cleaned the bathrooms, got the washing out, hoovered, dusted, removed the plants that are past their best from the patio pots (really could do with getting some pansies at the weekend to brighten them up again) and taken Billy for a 3½ mile walk. Now I'm having a lovely cup of hazelnut coffee and I'm going to pick my Kindle up in a minute And then Billy will have another long walk, I'll cook dinner and then tonight we need to do the big food shop. I'll do the ironing once the washing's dried too.
