Good morning. :D

Picking mum and dad up this morning and we're off to La Trocha market - it's huge and they also have an area selling fab fruit and veg. :D :D

Back home to a roast chicken dinner with salad and home made spicy wedges. :D

A swim first though after my coffee.

Have a great day everyone and safe flight to Paddypix who is flying to Malaga. :D :D :D

Morning Ally, morning all :)
It's a beautiful one here, clear blue sky and bright sunshine, gosh I'm loving this weather :)

Ally that sounds lovely, the sort of shopping I enjoy :)

Minnie is fine :D She was obviously feeling much better by yesterday afternoon, and desperate for some proper food but we hardened ourselves and stuck to just plain rice, in regular small helpings. We've learned it's the best way; she's fine this morning, I started her again with a small spoonful of rice then an hour or so later gave her half a portion of proper food :)

The birthday boy is being allowed a very rare lie-in. He's absolutely not a morning person but is usually up in time to take Minnie out before her breakfast. She doesn't mind waiting, since it's his birthday ;)

Don't know what we're doing later, it's so lovely we'll probably go to a bit of coast.
I have bacon for breakfast/brunch, then have to decide whether to take us out for dinner or cook something nice :)

Hope Kaz and meriad are enjoying themselves :)
Have a good day all
Di

Morning all :D

Ended up staying late at eldest daughters yesterday, she was cooking a chicken curry which smelt yummy, too nice a treat to miss 8-)

Still More packing to do, just the kitchen stuff and important files in the study left now, oh and all the last minute things like the tv and computer we're still using. Will hopefully get most of it done by tomorrow and then it's operation tip and clean up. Want to leave Wednesday free for any last minute jobs and of course we'll be visiting mother.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Mornng all. I'm still n bed - though I did get up to hang out washing, feed Millie and make coffee. Girls had friends sleeping over last night and I'm staying out of the way whilst they make pancakes out of bright pink pancake batter. I will get up in a minute to see the scale of destruction in the kitchen.

It's lovely out which is good as we are off to a BBQ this afternoon.

And an evening of knitting and Downton lie ahead.

Morning all, it's dull here but dry at least. We are settling well into Miss Osc's, we have our two rooms set up nicely and it's very comfortable. They have gone out for a while so we will sort out our dinner now that the kitchen is free, then go for a walk. Going dancing this afternoon, really looking forward to it as I seem to have my normal brain almost back again so I'm ready for a bit of fun.

For all you SCD fans - did I tell you that one of the couples will be doing a lot of their training in our favourite dance studio :D :D :D Tristan MacManus and Jenny Gibney have selected Dance Addiction as their base when they are in Dublin, so hopefully they will last long enough in the competition for me to get to see them - although they are starting with the Jive which is very hard for someone starting out, but fingers crossed. Really thrilled for the studio owners, it's a lovely venue.
