Sunday morning greetings

Postby Aggers » 07 Sep 2014, 06:40

Good morning my friends.

Just back from a brisk walk with Prince. It's cool out there, but dry.

Kettle's on the boil now for coffee, so I'll wish you all a happy day.

See you later folks.

Morning all :D

We're up early as we'll be setting off for Kent in an hour or so. Just got to have brekkie and pack the car, taking lots of stuff for Z, all her old dancing memorabilia, a mattress from one of the single beds, couple of duvets and pillows etc etc. We'll then be going on to the hotel where we usually stay. Feeling a bit nervous and worrying if we've left ourselves enough time to find a suitable rental. The sticking point for some will be us not wanting to sign up for more than six months. Oh well fingers crossed.........

Hope you all have a good day :D

We had a good lie in, Mick got up early to let the dogs out briefly, then we all went back to sleep :D  Lunch out at the pub later - best roast in town I reckon - and then we'll be doing a lot of not much ;) 8-)

Jen I hope you find something ((((((((((((((x))))))))))))))))

Have a good day everyone xx

Good luck with the rental search Jen. I'm sure you will find something x

Morning everyone

Cloudy again  with a stiff breeze, but no thunderstorm as yet. That'll probably arrive as we're either halfway down or halfway back from the village

Off to people watch, as it's car boot day - won't be bothering to walk around and look at all the rusty nails, grubby books and sad looking plants

Safe journey Jen and I'm sure you'll find something suitable - to buy or to rent xx

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all. Gorgeous here.

L is off to a friends party today - canoeing at the local reservoir. I offered to act as chauffeur for her and her friends as it means I can take Milly for a good walk and then either read my book or catch up with my friend if she isn't too busy (its her daughters party).

Lazy evening ahead.

morning all,

I am back in the land of the living...........had my leaving 'do' for work on Friday night, went into Edinburgh and the pub had half price cocktails.......so you can imagine how I felt when I woke up yesterday lol! I got home at 230am, eek. My voice was nearly away, can only put that down to the alcohol because I hardly sang

So Amy came home about 1030ish, she was down at her friends and then the decorator came so the bathroom is finished, just the flooring to go down this week :D :D

We then went off to a local music festival, Midfest, grown in Scotland....had Big Country, someone from Bay City Rollers (LOL), The View (we left before them at night), QFX, a dance group from my teenage years/early 20's so loved them! All in all a fab day, we went on the fun fair, ate rubbish and danced like nobody was watching lol!

Today, the bacon is cooking, washing machine on and must go to get some food at asda, oh joy!

Tomorrow is my 1st day of my course at University so am feeling a bit nervous - eeeek - :? :D

Hope everyone is well and has a lovely day

Afternoon :)
We were up and about early to get the cakes and stuff to the fun dog day :)
Went from there to a lovely bit of the Forest for a walk, cut short but never mind.
Came back via the shop to get bacon and baguettes, we were ready for those and a decent coffee :D

It's lovely here, it was very misty earlier but now all blue and sunny :)
Bb's watching the GP, I'm going into town in a while, need some veg to go with dinner.

You should be fine Jen, the lady next door rents from a private landlord and his contracts are all 6 months at a time, she said it was fairly common.
Good luck for tomorrow Poll x
Hope you're all enjoying the day

What a morning :D :D :D

No car boot - not that we're bothered

But we were entertained by a Jamaican group for about 2 hours - dancing, drums, brill   :D :D

So we stayed for a couple more beers ;) as you do ;)

Sun ou now, we had a fairly hefty shower, the music carried on, the dancing stopped.

Roast chicken for dinner - tomorrow ;)
