Vocal Voices

Over the past few weeks we have had occasion to buy several items - sometimes by telephone,
and sometimes via the Internet. In almost every case we have had to chase them up by Email or
telephone, sometimes several times. because they have failed to keep delivery promises. All of
these companies were hither respectable and well-established businesses. What the hell is going on?

Have any of you noticed this trend? - and what is causing it?

You must be unlucky Aggers, either that or we are very lucky. Due to Luke's move we have ordered a huge amount of stuff, ask our neighbours who keep kindly taking it in for us. Everything has arrived as it should and no problems at all

Actually one problem we did have, was with the car seat covers for Luke's car. They haven't arrived and the number is unobtainable and the website is no longer working, but they haven't taken any money either, so not sure where they have disappeared to

No problems here usually either, although it's a few weeks since either of us ordered anything.

That's annoying Mm, can you cancel the payment now??

No problems here either! Aggers it sounds like rotten luck to me xxxx
