It looks dull here, but the forecast is good and getting better still for the rest of the week A bit of housey stuff here too, then the day is my lobster Not sure what I'm doing yet, but need a walk so might walk round to the Docks and back 'cos its gorgeous down there when the sun is out

I was quite virtuous yesterday - bathroom cleaning, ironing, gardening...so today I can ignore most of it

You can tell by my time of posting that I am not at work I text boss last night but didn't get a reply! But Jan text me to see how I was, as he'd text her to tell her to go to our shop to work as I was off sick I've booked an appt at the doc's for this afternoon. Still not met Lily.....and it's Lewis's first day back at school He's not in 'Ception class any more (lol) D has posted a pic on FB of him in his new uniform that I got him the other week - he looks sooo grown up!!

This morning I'll be getting ready my programme of 'Golden Oldies' for next week.

Morning all. Gorgeous morning here - shame I'm stuck in the office until 1pm.

Off out to our new book group tonight.

You know - the one thing I like more than being home completely alone for a night is being home completely alone in a morning. This morning I was able to get up, have a leisurely shower and breakfast and then come to work. No dog walking, no dog feeding, no kids squabbling, no waiting for kids to hurry up and get ready so we can get out of the house. It was bliss and I feel all chilled out this morning.
