up and about "early" today - mom and I are heading to Winchester in a bit. Weather looking perfect for that kind of day; overcast but dry.

Another hot sunny day.

Been for an early morning swim and am now enjoying coffee on the terrace.

Popping into town with Don for a few bits and bobs and will have lunch at Hairy Mary's - the food there is so yummy.

Doctor Who tonight.

Bright and sunny here at the moment

Eldest daughter's coming over later this morning. There was loads of stuff in the loft which we'd forgotten was up there, even found a perfectly good steam iron which belonged to mother, I actually went out and bought a cheap one from John Lewis a couple of years ago when mine conked out Anyway there are quite a few things we won't have room for so I've told her she can look through it before we dispose of it all. Oh and we also found a lot of her old school reports, I'm such a hoarder, I haven't told her so it should be fun seeing her face when she reads them.

Her two youngest are such fussy eaters so it's cheap frozen pizza followed by chocolate cake for lunch, never fails to impress

Getting ourselves sorted for later, plants to pot, manky (clean) towels to put in car, etc etc etc so a quiet ish morning.

Then all systems go and home to leftovers - because that's all I'll feel like warming up

We've been awake a while, had our brekkie in bed (Mick you're a treasure ) and now we're getting up No Becks, still dog sitting, no H as he's in the IOW with his dad, so just us and the dawgs Out later for some lunch and a mooch, otherwise a quiet day

If I'm honest I'm still mourning Christopher Eccleston - swoonerama.

I had never, ever watched Dr Who in my life until he swanned onto my screen with his swishy leather coat.
