even the air is hot

It's only 31C outside (in the shade) but by heck, does it feel an awful lot hotter

Our summer is very late arriving, but here it is

i can not believe how hot its been here it wasent forecast
its just been blue sky all the way
acording to the DM a heatwave is on the way via the baharmas(cant spell) carabian either

Sunny here until an hour or so ago, but with a coolish breeze - still it got the washing dry while I was out

It's clouded over now, reckon more rain is on the way

Hmmph. We've had nothing like sun at all today, it's been dull and chilly and drizzly on and off
We've had enough rain now, it can stop.

Very foggy here when I got up but it soon cleared to blue skies and hot sun! It's clouded over and cooled down in the last couple of hours though, is rather windy and looks like it could rain at any minute.

Its been really lovely here but as I was expecting autumnal weather we are having shepherds pie and beans!
