Don't feel like bothering going to bed. I don't sleep well at the best of times and when it is like this I might as well not bother.

In this heat Rodo, it's best to stay awake until about 3.00 ish and that's when I normally conk out - until 4.00 and then 5.00 and then until about 8.00, if I'm lucky

We are not really getting decent sleep either, mainly due to the storms but also the dogs have been restless, and Pepper was ill Thursday night and Fraggle last night - hoping it's just the heat but keeping an eye on them both
I hate being tired, I sympathise greatly with anyone who gets insomnia, it must be truly dreadful ((((x))))

Nothing I can do about it kaz. It has just got gradually worse. At least I don't have to go to work now - it was terrible sometimes when I had to do that.
