
I'd cleared room in the freezer so we could get 3 of the W/rose chickens for a tenner. I've got some of their profits on that, they're all meant to be 1.2kg - this one's 1.8


So it's nearly done. There was the end of a pack of butter so I mashed it with lots of fresh thyme, garlic, lemon zest and stuffed it under and over the skin

The halved new pots would have gone in the same tray but the chicken filled it so they're in a separate one but with juice from the chook plus more lemon juice.
Then W/rose had a pack of tenderstem brocolli with fine beans reduced to 85p so am about to steam them, then mix into the potatoes and juices

Can you smell it from there?
