O.H. just had her small private pension mature,received notice of amount plus how much was taken in UK tax--

Pension company knowing that we are outside Uk informed her that to claim tax back she needed form P53A from HMRC -available online-no it ain't!

so rang HMRC ,lady said "ignore A just request P53-fill out online and send to us"

won't fill out-says error, wrong format.

ring them again -a diff lady,said -print it out ,fill it in manually -can't do it online -then post to us
wrong ,won't print -says error ,no information
rang again ,a man this time ,explained to him what was or was'nt happening -and he said -wait for it !

actually you need form R43 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
