We're having Summer-in-winter chicken with rice and salad.
As it's so hot it's now called summer-in-summer chicken.

Same as Kaz; no idea yet...
I have a Tesco delivery coming between 8 and 9pm tonight, but until that arrives all I have in the fridge is cheese, cheese and more cheese as well as some salami.
I'll probably just make a cheesy quesedilla and then cook something proper tomorrow - funnily enough Ally; the summer in winter chicken

That sounds nice Ria
Well Becky is on her fast day (the 5:2) so is sorting her own dinner, as Mick and I did ours yesterday.....Mick wanted the leftover chicken and roasted veg from Sunday so he's just had that....I had a rice cake with a slice of double Gloucester, not very hungry again
