Don is making honey and ginger chicken with pak choy and some jasmine rice.
This is a new recipe for him and I can't wait to try it!

We were going to have salad, but it's gone cloudy and the lettuce in the local shop was rubbish - so we're having cauli cheese, with meatballs and saute spuds

Pork chops marinated in BBQ sauce, covered with red onions, peppers and large mushrooms, more sauce. Covered in foil and baked. Served with salad and new potatoes
