We had a viewing yesterday - ring of the bell, three French people. They'd already seen our neighbours house and although they liked it, there wasn't room for their camper van in the back - there is ample in our garden.
But what really made the difference, they want two houses - next door to each other and our next door neighbour is also selling his.
They were in the back garden for ages, talking about knocking the wall down or maybe making a feature of an arch They went round the house after I'd shown them around, on their own and spent a long time chatting. And the fact that one of our neighbours is also French - well......
I gave them our neighbours phone number and they were going to ring last night. Next doors house needs a bit of work, ours is ready to move into, but it really looks hopefull
