A walk and swim this morning then I need to go into town for some bits and pieces.

A very happy birthday to Don's mum who is 90 today!!

It's my final 6.15 class tonight.

Picking Don up at the airport at 9pm.

Morning all. It's lovely here.

Work til 3 for me today - no riding this afternoon. . All because I have to be on standby for the washer man coming tomorrow between 8am and 6pm. They will text me a three hour slot in which he will arrive at 6pm this evening - which isn't a lot of use for my work tomorrow, I'm hoping he comes after 12 but it's Sod's law it'll be between 10am and 12pm - the hardest time for me to get out. Hey ho.

We've had a lot of rain overnight but am hoping it will brighten up - the weather forecast is hopeful, so I'll be getting the bedding on the line and hoping it will dry Nursing a slight hangover so need a walk later to blow off the cobwebs

Glorious here this morning we've been having high winds too Vic

The patient is still in bed - feeling a bit better this morning, but I'll walk down to the village on my own. It also means I have to do all the prep for our visitors on my own but it's mostly done, just the final cleaning bits - and moving stuff downstairs, cleaning inside wardrobes , find more coat-hangers

Morning all
School runs completed, rain and all. Nothing that rain coats and gumboots didn't take care of. It's character building.
Had to jump start sil's car today as her battery had gone flat.
And dropped some books off at the library. One extreemly overdue book found (2 to go from last year) 1 slightly over due from last week still to be found, and a whole pile of others that we don't need anymore. Little miss is doing so well with her reading. I'm such a proud mumma.
Tonight's activities include tearing the house apart for the missing library book and folding washing.

Bit dull here, a mixture forecast.

Bb's working for a couple of hours this morning near a place with a few shops we don't have - asda for one - so I'm going with him and will have a mooch He's working again later but would have to come back this way first anyway.
Tomorrow he has to go to London so we'll probably stop and get his ticket too.

I've had such a lovely time working there - but at least I'll still see alot of my students about town and can say hi to them.

Going into my new place on Thursday for a few hours which I'm very excited about.
