Morning all. Lovely sunny day :D
Jasper woke me up, so I've seen to him and made a cuppa, now going back to bed for a while
Hope the sun stays out!
Have a good day everyone xxx

Morning Loz, morning all :)
Still dull here, maybe slightly brighter.

Bb will be working, leaving around 10.30, so I'm going to go into town to the market before that, I'm after a new scarf and there are a couple of good stalls with hundreds to choose from :)
Oh and just remembered, also a new purse. I have a very old one that I always take for holidays (here and abroad), but it's really a bit big. Again the market's the best place to find what you're looking for.
I might just have to pay a visit to the lovely bread and cake stall too ;)

Got a lovely piece of material at the little charity shop in the village yesterday so will be washing that and deciding what to do with it :)
Hope you all have a good day
Di

Morning both, Loz we were also woken about an hour ago by the dogs but no chance of getting back to sleep here   Enjoy your lie in 8-) :)

Di that sounds good fun, I hope you find what you're looking for - I love scarves 8-) :D

I've got a wash on the go, so will be pegging that out shortly - the promised sunshine isn't here yet, in fact it looks a bit dodgy but it will be going out anyway, I hate using the tumble dryer at this time of year :? It was so chilly last evening that I put the heating on for an hour or so

We'll be going out later I'm sure, not exactly sure where yet, town or Docks, will let H decide I think. Whether B comes with us or not will depend on how she's feeling, but I reckon some fresh air might do her good 8-)

Enjoy your day everyone :) xxx

Morning all :D

Well it's dry, wonder how long it's going to last. We need at least a couple of good days, the grass desperately needs cutting after all the rain this last week, it's really beginning to look untidy.

We're up a bit early as the agent is bringing someone round to view at 11am, the plan is for us to make ourselves scarce so we'll leave going out for the papers until they get here. Oh and couple number 2 from London made an offer yesterday which was more than cheeky, we said there's no point in starting negotiations at that level so the answer is a flat no. If we don't hear again it's obvious they're time wasters and not really interested, think they've been watching too much Phil and Kirsty

No plans for this afternoon, intend to be very lazy.

Hope you all have a good day :D

  Oh Jen you do right, that programme has a lot to answer for   I remember when we sold our Swindon house we got a really silly offer at one point, insultingly low really, Mick was so annoyed :o and we told the agent pretty much what you have

Good luck today, the property market here does seem to have picked up considerably this year 8-)

What makes the offer more than cheeky kaz is we've priced ours at exactly the same amount as the identical house next door which sold for full asking price just before Christmas. It sets a good precedence and actually things have gone up since then, okay not a lot, but up nonetheless. Our idea was to avoid the time wasters, so much for that eh

Morning everyone

It's hot :D we now have our summer back 8-)

Jen, when we sold our house in Chipping Sodbury, one couple offered us about 75,000 below the asking price, and although we liked them and they loved the house, the amswer was a definate no! And that was almost 9 years ago - then again Phil and Kirsty were around then too   Good luck with today's viewing x

Should we ever get an off on this one, it will be a no if it's less than what we need.

Ironing for me, Grumpy is going to try and sort his workshop out a bit more - it's still a mess, although he reckoins he can find whatever he wants

Footie later :D and a bbq again too. I found some new piri-piri sauce last week wheich went down very well with last nights chicken :D

Hope you all have a good day and the sun shines for you xx
