We're off to Bente's, as she has had a friend there for three days and now needs the house spring cleaned think of the money, think of the money

Gooood Morning - been awake for ages here as Mick has an early meeting in Farnborough, but the brilliant news is that he's picking Harry up on the way home and he'll be here until Sunday

It's raining here too Ton, I'll probably stay home and finish that ironing pile - I did half of it last night but got bored

Morning all
We had frost on the ground this morning, and the cats water bowl was iced over. I don't think I've ever seen a water bowl iced over before???
The walk to school was a bit brisk, and the new school girl was finding it a bit cold, so I've found her a duffel coat today, that will go nicely with her uniform, since there isn't one as part of the uniform. It doesn't get cold here don't you know.

But the highlight of the day was that I fixed the washing machine!! que lots of dances of joy!! I fixed it, me, (mostly) on my own. feeling quite proud of myself. I've done 3 loads through it now. no doubt the same tomorrow.

Now, I just need to fix my iphone and I'll be up and running again.

Dull and dreary here.

Hope it improves for next week as we are off on another week's holiday on Friday.
Nowhere very exciting - just another self-catering cottage in Worcestershire. We
enjoyed our previous holiday there so much that we decided another similar one would
do us good.

Must start sorting out what we are going to take now.

Good afternoon all. It's horrible here.

I've been camping. Never ever again! John and Joe are still there, just 5 minutes away at a site on the Chase. They went yesterday and the plan was that Tom and I would stay last night, I'd come back home for a shower this morning and to get some jobs done (ie not sit around in the tent, bored stupid, all day) and spend tonight there too and Tom would stay home today and tonight as he's doing revision. I was so cold and uncomfortable last night that there's no way I'm going back for a second night, I was too cold to sleep properly.
Well, well, well...it seems that Tom wasn't expecting me to be home and the girlfriend we know he has but he doesn't know we know about and denies having has just turned up
I'm a gooseberry!
