Why oh why don't all retailers pay more attention to how their websites work?!
I've just spent faaaar too long on Homebase - all I wanted was blinds; the bathroom one has broken, and the two kitchen ones are old and manky.
I know the sizes - but you can't search by size
Then when you click on one, it doesn't show you the other sizes available
So I wasted ages trying to find cream in 2 sizes - no, the cream ones aren't all together, and when you filter by colour that doesn't work properly either
And after clicking on one, you hit the back button - and all your filters have gone so you have to start again
Easy to say 'go somewhere else' but we can get to homebase (too far for a wasted journey though) and they have 15% off this weekend so I really did want to reserve them.
Finally done but blimey, what a palaver!
I've ended up with a nice black venetian one for the bathroom, but 2 value whites for the kitchen lol, life's too short
