I do like his style - Grumpy that is.

When we moved into this house, the grouting between the floor tiles was grubby and coming out.

So he redid it - but in grey, so it wouldn't show the dirt

Although he scraped out as much of the old grout, in a couple of places, near the kitchen doors etc, it keeps coming out.

So he's just painted it - grey

Good old Grumpy!!

As you say - pure genius.
