All those excited children (of all ages) opening those Easter Eggs.
"Happy Easter everyone."
I have been down with the worst sore throat ever. Chemist has recommended Tyrozets, I remember these from years ago. They have not made a lot of difference. Docs closed till Tuesday I definitely need antibiotics. (Not given to sore throats.
Ah well it will stop me moaning ;) ;)
Have a good Easter everyone.

Good Morning Sunday

Good morning. :D

Lovely here again. 8-) 8-)

I've been for a 10km run - paving the way for the feast I'm going to be eating today!

Lemony snikety chicken, a huge Med salad and home made spicy wedges - oh, and not forgetting lashings of crusty bread.

I've made a strawberry cheesecake, an apple pie and chocolate muffins.

And I know lots of chocolate will be involved too. :D :D

Picking mum and dad up this morning and they're over here for a family Easter Sunday. :D

Hope you feel better soon Kate.

Wishing everyone a lovely day. :D

Morning, Happy Easter everyone :)
Rain. Dark, wet and horrible.

We've hunted and found our eggs :D I have a gorgeous Lindt Excellence dark egg with truffles - and two little bunnies too :D
Bb has a Minstrels egg as well as Celebrations :D
Grand prix will only be the highlights here, not till 2.30 so no spoilers please ;) :D

Sorry about your throat Kate (((x)))
Ally that all sounds lovely, about what we had on Friday, I spatchcocked and barbequed the chicken. Last night some more of it went on a pizza :) Not sure what we're having today :?
Hope everyone enjoys their day - and their chocolate :D
Di

Happy Easter everybody.

Kate, Hope your throat soon gets better

Ally,
Where do you get all your energy from. Can't complain as we were out dancing last night. Did a juve and a quickstep as well as several other dances in the three hours. Not bad as I will be 80 later this year.
Bright and sunny but there is a cold wind when I walked for the paper.
Will open my Easter egg at lunch time

Good morning all, and a happy Easter.

It's cloudy and rather cool here.

Sorry to hear about your sore throats, Kate and Lozz. Hope they get better soon.
Plenty of hot drinks might help - but go easy with the chocolate eggs!

Ally - a ten kilometer run? I wish I could do that.

Have a lovely day everyone.

Morning all. It's piddling it down here.

No major plans for today - we never venture far on bank holiday weekends as the traffic around us gets so bad. On Good Friday a five minute journey from town to home took me an hour! Sat in traffic - and there isn't really an alternative route.

L wants help clearing out her toy box so she can fill it with stuff from under her bed, ready for a new bed.

Other than that we will be chilling out. Mick and I are out with friends tonight.
