Is anyone else having trouble with Google, being diverted to a malicious site purporting to be a Flash Player update when trying to access it?

I've picked up a virus from somewhere (possibly there, I don't know, may be related, may be coincidence), but that's now been successfully dealt with by Microsoft Security Essentials, which was throwing a wall-eyed fit over it .....
