Goodies galore!

Mum's brought over some lovely goodies for us all - with jet2 the luggage allowance is 22kg and the girl at check in was laughing as both cases were bang on!
The normal flying time from Glasgow to Malaga is 3hrs 10mins but today they were nearly an hour late despite taking off on time.
Dad (he is responsible for my plane nerdiness ) couldn't wait to tell me all about the flight.
He says he was in his normal window seat and was just thinking to himself there were rather alot of vapour trails from other planes - when the pilot makes an announcement saying that due to very heavy traffic activity they were going to drop the plane a few thousand feet and would be reducing the speed.
Funnily enough, before I left for the airport (the delay hadn't flagged up yet) I was tracking the flight and remember thinking how many planes were flying around at the same time and in a relatively small area.
(It was at this point Don said I should subscribe to Aviation monthly!)
Again..it was wonderful to be in arrivals and see them both coming through.
We got them settled in 'their' apartment, had a quick cuppa and they've announced an afternoon on the terrace, in the sun, is the order of the day.
Looking forward to spending lots of time with them in the coming month.
