Morning all.

Posting with my tablet too but the difference is I'm not typing. I'm speaking, it's listening and then it's typing it up. Sheer laziness on my part.

It's lovely out there. Off to the allotment later, then riding.

Morning everyone :D Lovely sunny day here, so I shall be outside I think.
I need to do some pruning in the garden and then D and I may go off to look at some hydroponics down at Houghton Lodge, down the road from here.
A nice long dog walk too I think.
Wishing everyone a good day xxx

Morning :)
Beeeeautiful here, all bright and sunny and lovely :D

Oh yes those pesky screenshots lol, I haven't done that with the kindle fire (not that I've posted much from it) but with the Galaxy all the time
Think we're going to the farm shop this morning, haven't been for ages mainly because of all the floods, I do miss their eggs and their squeaky-fresh veggies :)

I have 7 teeny-baby chilli plants :D Someone gave me a rather posh-looking kit for Christmas, terracotta pots, special compost, and 3 varieties of chilli seeds. Last week I decided it was time to plant them, so got it all out - and no packets of seeds!  It was all sealed up so obviously just a (big) mistake.
Happily I'd saved lots of chillies from a bargain plant I have on the windowsill, so just planted 7 seeds in one pot to see how they did, and they're all up :D
Hope everyone has sunshine and has a good day

Morning all :D

We had a great day at the races yesterday, the atmosphere was brilliant. There were 11 races and I had a horse placed in 8 of them. Mind you my idea of a gamble is the equivalent of £2 each way so only just came out ahead  E didn't do well at all until the last race when he backed the winner, a rank outsider, and almost caught up with me. Watching the parade was great fun, Bajans do like to party 8-) Oh and my hat was a big success, it was made by a lady here and cost the princely sum of £15 and I can honestly say I'd be happy wearing it somewhere like Ascot. Afterwards we had a nice meal at Bert's.

It's our last full day here :( going to miss waking up to this lovely sunshine. We're off to Southern Palms for lunch later and our last dose of the steel orchestra, afterwards we'll sit at our favourite beach and soak up the sun, sea and atmosphere before happy hour and saying goodbye to everyone.

Our flight tomorrow isn't until late afternoon, but what with all the packing we'll probably only manage lunch before leaving for the airport around 2ish. It's an overnight flight so we won't be home much before late morning Tuesday. If we feel anything like we did last year I'm guessing we'll be in collapse mode by then

Hope you're all having a good day :D
