Good Morning Friday

Postby Aggers » 07 Mar 2014, 07:52

Good morning all.

It's not exactly raining here , but the air is on the damp side.

Just had the obligatory dog walk and about to have breakfast now.

Hope you are all OK and have a nice day.

Good morning Aggers :) 'Morning everyone :)

I'm up early as I have a couple of things to do before going out at 9.30 - I am going round D's so that she can go to her usual Cruse voluntary work. The glass people were supposed to come yesterday, about her window, but didn't turn up! You can bet your boots that they would come this morning if the house was empty, so I suggested going to house sit in case they come 8-) :)

Hope everyone has a good day, Ally I hope you had a good journey and a smashing day over here :)

:) xxxxxx

Morning all.

Its raining here today to I'm off of coffee and a dog walk with a friend.

S announced this morning that she doesn't have a coat with a hood. She sorted her wardrobe out a couple of weeks ago and gave it to the charity shop. Stupid girl. Say that's our job for the weekend.

Good morning all, it's pouring down here this morning though the forecast is for a drier and brighter afternoon.

John's off today as it's our friend's mother's funeral at 10 :(

Have a good day all - Kaz, what a nuisance about the glaziers. Hope they turn up soon xx

It's Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning all - a rather grey start to the morning but they do say it's going to clear up and we're meant to be in for a good weekend - yay!

Jo - :( never sure what to say, but hope the day is OK for John
Kaz - you're right; the glaziers would be guaranteed to turn up the moment D left the house. Would have been good though if they could have called you 1/2 hour before they are due to arrive so you could stay at your home and then make your way over there. So many service oriented companies just make it so awkward for the customer at times.

  at the fact that Ally didn't start the good morning thread - she's obviously having a good time ;) ;) :D

have a lovely day everyone x

Dull and damp here, but it's going to get better - and better :D

Hope they do turn up Kaz, it's always a bit odd just sitting in waiting, in someone else's house :? :)
Sorry about the funeral Jo x
Almost BBQ time meriad ;) :D

Another bits and pieces day for me today, plus sorting out my little room upstairs.
Hope everyone has a good day

Just what we were saying yesterday Di :D :D In fact, might root it out for Sunday and do half a chicken and chips (no, won't do the chips on the bbq   )

Off down to the market, I'm going to do favas and black pork with chorizo tomorrow, so need loads of broad beans. Bought some black pork chorizo and some black pork in the market yesterday, so really looking forward to that. :D Alos going to get some tuna - I am being brave :o  for tonight.

Pit stop on the way back, Nizette was very concerned, as we only had one drink there yesterday

Hope today goes as well as you can hope xx
