Not quite - we're watching the DVD of Mrs Brown's Boys stage show. Hilarious!!!!

We have all had a nod here and are stuffed to the gunnels with food. Pudding will have to be tonight.

Same here.........no room for pud yet!

Cooked for two days, stuffed and fed the hungry... more than enough left for tomorrow for family and anyone else who might pop in!!!
Now eating chocolates, a lonely passtime..

Just this second had ours - it was a very delicious but rather sticky Crunchie cheesecake

No more food for a while though ....

Lord of the Rings is on soon... so that should see things through till Downton. Then bed.

I was certainly asleep when Rodo started this thread, after a magnifcent lunch.

But I'm well awake now and ready for the evening entertainment.

Just finished noshing - and I'm seriously impressed with myself this year

Cold rice, with garlic, onion, peas and I've just spent the last 2 minutes trying to think what the heck it's called in English, and I can't, sorry, THYME - sorry, then prawns with other herbs (learnt my lesson), chicken breasts, one marinated in lime juice (from our tree) chilli (8ditto) garlic - bought , then deep fried spuds for Grumpy and salad. Also smoked sausage and 3 different chorizo.

All done on the hot stone. Gorgeous, really really lovely.

And a rather pleasant wine from 2003. (sorry, being a wine snob there - it was given to us)

Oh and Roy Orbison quietly on the stereo, after I got told off for having Tom Petty on, which you could probably hear in the village
