Morning Ally, morning all :)
I do wish I could say how nice it is here, but it's bad to tell fibs so it's dull, wet and windy :D
Bb said he's taking us to Ikea today, but it might depend on how much the weather clears up :?

Hope Michael feels better today Osc :)
Have a good day all
Di

Morning Ally :D I must start wearing my glasses first thing - I thought you wanted to go to the pizzeria for your brekkie :o ;) :D  Have a lovely walk - mine will be wet but I'll still enjoy it, I always do once I get going ;)

Osc, I hope Michael is better today xxx

I like IKEA Di, enjoy it if you get there 8-) :) xxx

Well we had a rotten night, Mick's back was playing him up so he was restless, and Fraggle played up *sigh* He's fast asleep in his basket now - Fraggs not Mick ;)

I have some washing to do - it will have to be tumble dried - and then I need to post a photocopy of H's passport to him, he needs it for his footie team so he can play in the local league games 8-) He's coming on in leaps and bounds with his footie and taking his fitness and healthy eating very seriously. We are chuffed to bits, as it gives him a focus and something he can do with his peer group from mainstream schools. He wants to do sport at college too :D I'll post it in town, as I need stamps anyway, so that's my walk taken care of. I offered to walk the dogs but Mick prefers to keep moving, as he doesn't want to seize up, and I'm sure he's right..... :?

Have a good day everyone :) xxxx

You'd love IKEA Saundra, you like modern décor don't you? :) They do online now I think ;)

I nearly bought a bowl of hyacinths on the market last week - I might just get some this Friday I think 8-)

Enjoy your day with J, is today his birthday? xx

Morning all - dull and grey and damp here this morning as well :(

LOL Kaz - I also thought Ally was saying she fancied going to a pizzaria - not only you needing those glasses  Sorry Mick's back isn't better and also sorry Fraggle is playing up

Osc, hope M is feeling better

Di - enjoy Ikea; I want (make that need :D ) to take a drive to one sometime soon to get a few things for the house and garden. They've usually got some very good bargains. Unfortunately though it's about an hour to get there so you have to know what you want to get.

Saundra - that pork sounds yummy; can I pop over for lunch as well? I do like Hyacinths' but my flat is quite small so the smell can be quite overwhelming. I have a pot outside by the back door so when it's warmer and they're in bloom I leave the back door open and get just a suble scent of them - lovely

Have a lovely day everyone x

Morning everyone

Sunny, with few clouds around again.

Hope both M's feel better soon xx

Hyacinths (I can't spell it either  ) can be quite over powering, can't they? But definately a "spring" smell :D

Pootling again for us today as we're out tomorrow.

Hope all the poorlies feel better soon and hope you all have a good day, Saundra, enjoy your lunch :D :D

Kaz that fitness ball I got when my back was bad really, really helped a lot.
It was only about a fiver from Tesco, you could have a lookout for a cheapo one in town maybe?

I just sat on it, and very gently rocked, forward and back/sideways/round and round, tiny movements at first or even none, just sitting on it while watching Tv/whatever. I also sat on it at the pc ;

Di you are a genius! I think I have one, probably still in D's garage, from when I was teaching HypnoBirthing!! Mine was called a Birthing Ball but it's exactly the same as a fitness one! I'll tell Mick - hopefully it won't put him into established labour :P  :D :D

Morning chums :D
Di is right. Those balls are very good. I used one when I had back problems. You don't even need to rock. My physio said that the tiny movements of just sitting on the ball really helped.
I would like to go to Ikea too. Need to make a trip into Southampton one day...might use my railcard ;)
Dull day here again. Shopping, dog walking and tango for me :D
Wishing everyone the best day possible xxx
