Some of you may know a lovely lady called Bas who posted here, but more often in the DM days. She sadly passed away last night. She was a good friend of mine, Shell and nobbles and Jen. We had met her often and spoke online most days. She was a dear, kind and funny lady who was a delight to know and who will leave a huge hole in our lives.
She leaves her husband and two wonderful sons. Night night Barbara, God bless xxxx

Oh no! Sad news indeed. Rest in Peace Bas.

At first I thought that you were talking about another lady from the DM called Baz or Bas. She lost her husband though and moved and we gradually lost touch.

Bas truly was a lovely, funny, warm hearted, loving lady and it was a privilege to know her. As Lozzles says she will leave a huge hole in our lives and today that hole is full of tears.

Sweet dreams my lovely, I will miss you so very much xxxx

Sad news indeed :(
Bas had read my news on the health board last October and we had been in touch via fb, she was a lovely lady.
My thoughts are with her family, and with her dear friends

Jo, Bas was a teaching assistant. She just loved being with the little tots when they first started school. She was the perfect person for that job :D
