just a wee note to anyone on here who is my friend on fb, i have deactivated my account at the moment, im sure it wont be for long but im just feeling the need for a break from it, some things have happened recently which is having an impact on my health and deactivating it is for the best - amazing how some things can affect us.

i will still be here though dont get rid of me that easy!

yeah im ok thanks, it has been coming for a long time - I usually just post the odd pic of Amy but last week I was getting stress off a friend through private messages and yesterday something else so just think deactivating is for the best at the moment, then nobody can send me messages.

In the past (about 2yrs ago) I have had threatening/abusive private messages from my exH's then partner just as they split up, for no reason (this is why relations all broke down with my exH's family) and I kept going with facebook but now things in the last week have got to me too much
